All staff at Tudor Lodge work tirelessly to ensure we provide a person-centred professional service, delivering high-quality care. The Registered Manager and Care Manager hold Registered Manager Awards.
As well as a comprehensive Induction Course, all care staff are encouraged to study and achieve the Care Certificate and a Diploma in Health and Social at level 2 or 3. As a small family run business we encourage staff to reach their full potential through ongoing training and development, and all our Care Staff undertake regular training sessions in a variety of aspects of care as well as many being ‘Dementia Friends’ through the Alzheimer’s Society.
Tudor Lodge send staff on certificated external training courses for such topics as Food Hygiene, Manual Handling, First Aid, Health & Safety, Care of the Elderly, and Drug Administration. There are always opportunities to acquire additional skills and take on roles and responsibilities within the home to make the job your own.
