Our Staff

The Care Manager is an experienced registered nurse and both she and the Operations Manager have achieved the Registered Managers Award.
As well as a comprehensive Induction Course all care staff are encouraged to study and achieve a Diploma in Health and Social at level 2 or 3. As a family run business we encourage staff to reach their full potential through ongoing training and development.

Tudor Lodge also sends staff on certificated external training courses for such topics as Food Hygiene, Manual Handling, First Aid, Health & Safety, Care of the Elderly, Drug Administration etc.
