Job Summary:

To support the care staff in identifying and endeavouring to meet the needs of each elderly resident in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence.

This role does not involve delivering personal care to residents.

Key skills:

Previous experience in a care setting is preferable but not essential as a full induction and training will be provided.

You will be fully supported by the Care Manager with an induction programme and appropriate training.

Appointment of successful applicants is subject to satisfactory references and clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.

Hours of work:

4.30pm – 8.30pm Mon, Wed, Thu and Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun – 14 hrs per week over a 2 weekly rota. Relief hours also available.
